MEET APRIL KATZ

I’ve always believed the outdoors has a way of healing, teaching, and empowering us—but it wasn’t always easy for me to access that freedom. Growing up with ADHD and learning differences, I struggled with focus, motivation, and finding ways to feel grounded. What changed everything for me was movement—mountain biking, backpacking, and weightlifting. These practices didn’t just strengthen my body; they rewired my brain, boosted my dopamine, and helped me build confidence and resilience I never thought possible.

That journey became Outside365. Every ride, hike, and adventure I lead is about more than skill-building—it’s about helping people discover their own strength, regulation, and joy in movement. I specialize in creating spaces where people from marginalized or underrepresented communities, or anyone who’s faced barriers, can thrive outdoors.

I still push myself every day, playing outside, lifting weights, or shredding the slopes. I believe adventure—and intentional movement—isn’t just a hobby; it’s a tool for growth, connection, and falling in love with life again.

Outside365 is my invitation: let’s get outside, move your body, and discover the peace, strength, and dopamine-fueled joy you deserve.
